Check the spam or junk folder of your email client. Additionally, ensure our email domain (actcon.co) is added to the safe senders list for your network firewall.
Many network firewall appliances and email software applications block traffic from the .co domain by default. As a result, because our systems send emails using the @actcon.co domain, sometimes they get stuck in the spam or junk folders of the email clients many members use.
If you have recently attempted to reset your password and did not receive your confirmation email, please be sure to check the spam or junk folder of the application you use to check your email. After doing this, if you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
