How do I adjust account settings including auto renewal?

If you paid for your subscription using a credit card, auto renewal is enabled by default. You can disable autorenewal quickly and easily from your Account Info page.

If you decide you do not want your ActivityConnection.com subscription to automatically renew, perform the following steps to disable the autorenewal setting for your account: 

  1. Login to activityconnection.com
  2. In the top-right corner, click My Account
  3. From My Account, click Account Info
  4. From My Account, locate the Subscription Information section of the page.
    1. From Subscription Information, click the blue button 'Turn Off Auto-Renew" to disable the autorenewal feature for your account (shown below):

    2. Note:  You can also email us at billing@activityconnection.com and we can make this change for you. When contacting us about your subscription, please make sure to include the full name and email address that was used to create your account. Once we receive your request, we will set your subscription to no longer renew, and it will expire after the time for which you have already paid.

Please Note:  With the recent changes in the world and increase in online business transactions, your renewal may be declined by your card issuer.  This may require you to contact them to correct the situation.  See here for more details.
